Welcome to the booking page for booking a seat/seats for this Sunday's church service. If you find that you can't choose a number of seats, it will mean that all seats are already booked up, but you can add yourself to the waiting list in case anyone drops out.

NB - As the Sunday service and children's work take place simultaneously, and children must be accompanied in the church hall at all times by an adult from their own household, please only book places for each person in one or other venue.

You will be asked below to confirm that these statements are true for yourself and anyone else for whom you are booking a place:

1) I/we, and all our household, have had no COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days (fever, continuous cough, loss of sense of smell or taste) - OR - I/we, or someone in our household, has been tested for COVID-19 since showing these symptoms in the last 14 days and the test result was negative.

2) To the best of my/our knowledge, in line with government guidance on shielding and isolating, I am/we are fit to attend the service and will not attend if this changes.

3) I/We agree to maintain social distancing measures put in place by Arborfield Church and to wearing a face covering whilst indoors.
