AWM is about making disciples of Jesus Christ, seeing churches planted and transforming the Arab world. AWM focuses on people groups who have little opportunity to hear and understand the gospel, because 'We love Jesus, we love Arab people and we believe the global Church is the hope of the world'. AWM mobilises teams to glorify God among unreached peoples of the Arab world by initiating church-planting movements in partnership with local churches.
Christ Church have been supporting Andrew and Julie Carter and their four children since they headed out to Uganda in January 2015, financially and in prayer, so that Andrew can teach theology and the bible in the African Bible University in Kampala. The Carters are now working in Chiang Mai, Thailand where after a year of teaching in Grace International School, Andrew has now taken up the position of Associate Pastor in Chiang Mai Christian Fellowship. Andrew and Julie have five children: Edward, Isaac, Lydia, Carys and Judah.

Yeldall Manor is a residential rehabilitation centre, set in 38 acres of Berkshire countryside near Wargrave, Reading. For over 30 years, we have been helping men to overcome serious drug or alcohol addictions and return to society to live new lives, drug, alcohol and crime free. We offer two consecutive programmes, lasting up to eleven months in total, followed by a year's support in the community.
The programmes combine work in the house and grounds with therapeutic groups and counselling. We are a Christian organisation and all our staff and volunteers are Christian. We believe that the best means of achieving rehabilitation is through discipleship to Jesus Christ. However, men do not have to be Christian to join the programme, and we never insist upon such a commitment. Click here for the Yeldall Website.
